Last Friday Whitney, Ana and I ate lunch at Rosa Mexicano while shopping at Atlantic Station. It was AMAZING. They make guacamole right at your table and I LOVE guacamole. I got the enchiladas rancheras with spinach and cheese inside. It tasted so authentic. The sauce on top had a more tomato saucey flavor than generic mexican places and I really liked it.
