This was my tasty dinner from the other night. I really love this risotto and it only took 3 minutes to heat in the microwave (my kind of meal). I also love that I am using oil and vinegar on my salads now. I have tried every kind of store bought dressing under the sun and just nothing tasted right to me. I like restaurant salad dressing, but nothing else very much. So this alternative is wonderful and a lot more healthy!
