Tarte aux Champignons

This was my delicious meal from last night. I loved the mushrooms and cheese on the pizza. Well they call it a "tarte" but it's really a pizza. My only problem was that I didn't feel like waiting for the oven to heat up so I cooked it in the toaster oven and it didn't cook all the way. I have realized that I tend to undercook things because I'm afraid of burning them. I did the same thing with cupcakes recently. I ate the leftover tarte for lunch today and it was really good. I'm going to have to try the other one with different toppings that Trader Joe's sells.
